Is this a contract?
No. Hill Country Home Service is billed annually. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. No penalties, no fine print.
What if I need something between visits?
Call or text Michael or Dan directly. Members get priority scheduling. Any additional work is billed at standard rates.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes — select 'Gift a Membership' at checkout. Leave a note with the recipient's address and we'll reach out to schedule their first visit.
What's the difference between the founding rate and standard?
Exactly $18 and early priority. The first 50 households get in at $75. Everything in the plan is identical. Once those spots are gone, the rate goes to $93.

Michael or Dan — the same two faces every time. Not a subcontractor, not a franchise, not a call center. Just two Hill Country locals who care about your home as much as you do.

Yes. Members often discover larger projects during their checkup visit. We quote them on the spot and can schedule the work at member rates with priority booking.
